We ship every day. Orders received by 2 pm EST are shipped the same day. Our standard USA shipment method is USPS priority service. We also provide an express overnight shipment method for a low cost. We ship Internationally – worldwide.

- We ship everything through Priority or FedEx. Please allow 2 days to process available products.
- 3-5 days for priority or Fed-Ex shipping depending on the states in the continental USA.
- International shipping can be 8-14 business days
- Note that Pre- order or customized order may take 15-30 days to ship.
- All orders via Priority shipping & Fed-Ex comes with tracking number.

We ship worldwide. Our default shipping carrier is USPS (the United States Postal Service.) We will ship anywhere USPS ships to. We offer shipping worldwide.
We will gladly exchange or refund (in original payment) regular-priced, new merchandise within 7 days of received order.
However, items must be in new condition. Item(s) is/are in unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
All initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
There’s no Refund or Exchange on items in sales all sales goods are final.
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS WILL GHLAM PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the case that ghlamboutique.com has made an error, our organization will pay for shipping to correct the problem.
IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?
Currently we do not charge a restocking fee on regular retail orders.
DO YOU OFFER A SHIPPING CALCULATOR?
YES. Shipping charges are given in the Shopping Cart, you may also choose a different shipping carrier (e.g. FedEx instead of USPS) where the option is made available.
